By using ShopPulse (the website, Android app, or any related service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ShopPulse.

What ShopPulse does

ShopPulse is a free tool that helps Etsy sellers estimate per-order profit by matching Etsy CSV exports with Printful cost data. Calculations run entirely on your device. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the CSV files you provide.

Not professional advice

ShopPulse is for informational purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own books, taxes, and business decisions. Consult a qualified professional for matters that require licensed advice.

No affiliation

ShopPulse is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc., Printful, or any other marketplace or fulfillment provider. Etsy and Printful are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide CSV files you have the right to use
• Verify important figures before relying on them for business decisions
• Keep your device and exported files secure
• Use ShopPulse in compliance with applicable laws

Disclaimer of warranties

ShopPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that calculations are error-free, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ShopPulse at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
